This Privacy Policy explains what information Heard collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses Heard — the businesses that use our platform and the customers who leave reviews.
Heard — In Person ("Heard," "we," "us") is operated by Prayash LLC. Heard is a platform that lets brick-and-mortar businesses collect verified, in-person customer feedback on a tablet or kiosk located at their place of business.
For the personal information collected through Heard, Prayash LLC acts as the party that decides what is collected and how it is handled. We share that information with the specific business you visited so they can respond to your feedback.
From customers leaving a review. When you leave feedback on a business's Heard kiosk, we collect:
From businesses using Heard. When a business signs up, we collect the account owner's email address, the business name and details they enter, and information needed to verify they own or operate the business (such as a phone number used for verification).
Automatically. Like most online services, our systems may log basic technical information (such as timestamps and error logs) needed to operate and secure the service. Heard does not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show your email address or phone number publicly. Your contact details are shared only with the specific business you chose to review.
A business's public Heard profile may display review content and ratings, and whether the business responded. Your name, email, and phone number are never shown publicly. If you provide a name, the business can see it in their private dashboard, but it is not published on the public profile unless a future feature clearly tells you otherwise and asks your permission.
We keep review and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service to the business and to you, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (see "Your choices" below).
You can contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We will honor those rights as the law requires. Heard does not sell personal information.

Heard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the data entrusted to us.
We may update this policy as Heard grows or as the law changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
